Anna Pinsky is an organizational and leadership development specialist. She has coached leaders for multi-billion dollar businesses across Asia and advised VPs and Directors in a variety of senior Human Resource roles. A former Vice President of the British Chamber of Commerce in Japan she has written for the ADT (Association for Talent Development) and has been a keynote speaker on innovative HR practices at CHRO conferences. She also advises Tokyo University International Center and has held roles as visiting researcher at Waseda University and Tsukuba University.
Anna is a specialist in organizational efficiency and organizational development with over 10 years of experience working in international organizations in Japan.
She has worked in a variety of industry and government organizations, mostly in start-up business projects for global organisations in the field of marketing, business development and HR.
Anna supports global companies as an organisational development expert, people operations specialist and executive coach. Whilst mostly working in in-house and full-time roles in such companies, she also has experience supporting corporations as a part-time external consultant and previously as Vice President at the British Chamber of Commerce in Japan.
She has also held positions in academia such as Visiting Researcher at the Research Center for University Studies in Tsukuba University and Visiting Research Fellow at the Institute of Transnational HR Management, Waseda University.
Anna is a graduate of Fielding Graduate University’s Organizational Management & Development Master’s Degree course and also holds certification in Fielding’s graduate-level Evidence Based Coaching course. Prior to specializing in organizational development Anna gained a Master’s Degree in Linguistics from Tokyo University of Foreign Studies and also graduated with First Class Honours from the University of Edinburgh in Japanese and Linguistics.
